Kevin Wu is currently a PhDCE student concentrating in Computer Vision and Learning Algorithms (CVLA) with a background in physics, estimation theory, and controls. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and have held positions as a Research Assistant at both ALERT and Northeastern University, where they contributed to advancements in video analytics software and quantum physics modeling, respectively. Currently employed at Draper as a Dynamic Mission Systems Analyst and Algorithm and Software Designer, Kevin assesses rocket-based guidance systems and navigational strategies. Additionally, they have previous experience as an RF Engineering Intern at SIGFOX, where they optimized antenna layouts for wireless coverage. Kevin possesses Top Secret clearance and enjoys programming with Raspberry Pi and contemplating the stars.
