Terry J. Benedict

Terry Benedict is a seasoned professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades in leadership roles within both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as President of Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since March 2022, Terry is responsible for client solution delivery and oversees key initiatives such as the Technical Fellows Program and Software Tools. Previous roles include Executive Vice President overseeing Naval, Nuclear, and Critical Infrastructure Programs, and Chief Operating Officer at Blue Origin. Terry has also held significant roles in strategic advisory capacities and board memberships, including positions with Draper and X-Bow Systems Inc. An alum of the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Management, Terry furthered education with an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Master's in Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School. Terry's earlier career in the US Navy culminated in the role of Program Executive Officer for Integrated Warfare Systems, showcasing a robust background in defense systems and program management.
