Tom Botker

Tom Botker is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in analog system level design and integrated circuit development. Currently serving as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Draper since November 2019, Tom specializes in precision analog IC design for various applications including Delta Sigma Modulators and DC-DC Switching Power Supplies. Prior to this role, Tom held positions such as Senior IC Designer and Director of Engineering at DJ Instruments, where responsibilities included managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and developing advanced sensor products. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Rockwell Automation, Linear Technology, Analog Devices, Texas Instruments, National Semiconductor, and Burr-Brown Corp, consistently focusing on the design and development of high-performance electronic components. Tom holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Iowa State University.
