Utsav Saxena

Utsav Saxena is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Guidance Navigation and Controls Systems Analyst Engineer at Draper since May 2023. Previously, Utsav worked at Lockheed Martin as a Guidance Navigation Controls Engineer III, focusing on system performance analysis within the Missiles and Fire Control division. Utsav's background includes creating a physics-based model for a fuel pump at Raytheon and developing energy-harvesting algorithms as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland. Utsav's engineering journey began with roles in controls systems and diagnostics at Belcan Engineering, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida, contributing to research in aero-acoustics. Utsav holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland and dual Bachelor's degrees in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
