Emily Pierce

Emily Pierce is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving as the Lead of Talent Acquisition Operations at Drata since June 2022. Previously, Emily held the position of Recruiting Coordinator Manager at Plaid from March 2020 to June 2022 and advanced through various roles at Lyft, including Recruiting Coordinator Lead and Recruiting Coordinator from October 2017 to March 2020.
