Karen Ding

Karen Ding is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and partnerships, currently serving as a Senior Partner Development Manager at Drata since May 2025. Prior to this role, Karen held positions at Crunchbase, where responsibilities included driving business development and managing strategic data licensing partnerships as a Senior Business Development Manager and earlier as a Business Development Manager. Karen's background also includes significant achievements at Scratch as a Growth and Partnerships Manager, where a large partnership was secured within the first three months, and at Nima Labs, where diverse roles encompassed partnerships and operations, leading to a promotion to Chief of Staff. Additional experience includes business operations at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
