Kyle Bashaw

Kyle Bashaw currently serves as Senior Vice President of Go-To-Market Operations at Drata, a position held since March 2025. Previously, Kyle spent over seven years at Okta, where roles included Vice President of Company Operations, focusing on cross-functional alignment and multi-year planning, as well as Senior Director of Strategy and Operations for Sales & Marketing, where consolidation of operations teams improved revenue acquisition strategy. Earlier experience includes Senior Associate in Sales Operations & Strategy at Marin Software, where financial modeling support was provided to executives, and a range of roles at UC Berkeley Executive Education, culminating as Business Analyst, where cross-functional process optimization was led. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley, recognized on the Dean’s Honor List.
