Landon Scott has extensive work experience in various roles within the sales and account management field. Landon started their career at LinkedIn in 2011, where they worked as a Sales Development Specialist, Renewal Specialist, and ultimately as a Sales Development Manager. In these roles, they focused on contacting potential clients, scheduling demonstrations, qualifying leads, and tracking communication with current and potential customers. From 2013 to 2014, Landon worked as an SMB Relationship Manager, helping small to medium-sized Search and Staffing clients develop effective LinkedIn strategies. Landon then moved on to be a Mid-Market Relationship Manager in 2015, an Enterprise Relationship Manager from 2016 to 2017, and a Large Enterprise Relationship Manager from 2017 to 2019, where they partnered with LinkedIn's largest and most complex clients to optimize their recruiting and branding results. In 2020, Landon joined Pavilion as an Associate, gaining further experience in the industry.
