Karthik Achar

Karthik Achar is a Senior Consultant at Draup since October 2017, leading the Reskilling practice with a focus on Strategic Workforce Planning and Reskilling Best Practices. Karthik has progressed through various roles at Draup, from Analyst to Lead Analyst, building a Reskilling platform that incorporates over 1 million data points utilizing multiple machine learning models. Prior to Draup, Karthik gained experience as a Research Intern at Zinnov, a Green Trails Coordinator at Indiahikes, and as a Business Journalist at Thomson Reuters, covering key market news. Karthik holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the School of Communication, Manipal, and completed earlier education at Vidyodaya PU College and Madhava Kripa School.
