Drawn Together Studio is a visual facilitation and graphic recording studio that helps teams in healthcare, consumer goods, and organizational strategy turn complex problems into clear, usable insights.
We specialize in the kind of research and facilitation that words alone can't do — participatory journey mapping, live illustration, and visual synthesis that surfaces what interviews and surveys miss.
What we do:
→ Participatory Visual Research — Co-creation sessions where participants draw out what they know, generating richer insights than surveys or interviews alone.
→ Graphic Recording & Sketchnotes — Real-time live illustration of meetings, conferences, and workshops. A visual record your team can actually use.
→ Journey Mapping — Illustrated customer and patient journeys that make complex experiences visible, shareable, and actionable.
→ Strategic Workshop Facilitation — Visual alignment sessions that get diverse voices to the same table and produce a plan everyone helped build.
→ Visual Asset Development — We turn session outputs into tools that keep working: pitch decks, onboarding materials, social content, and beyond.
Every engagement produces visual artifacts designed for the next step in your process — not just a record of what happened.
Working with R&D teams, insights teams, and organizational leaders across the US, Latin America, and Europe. Facilitation in English, Spanish, and Polish.
Based in Chicago, IL and Szczecin, Poland.
