Alexander Pedersen

Alex joined Drax in 2020 as is currently a Consultant for Leadership Dynamics, Drax’s in-house data and analytics team. Alex is currently supporting the Technology & Tech-Enabled practice with leadership analysis and insights through harnessing the power of Leadership Dynamics’ product suite. This includes PACE, our behavioural assessment tool designed especially for leaders in private equity, and Leadership Dynamics, our proprietary analytics tool.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys his weekends watching West Ham and playing rugby for his local club.
