Ella Canning

Ella joined DRAX in 2022 after moving to the UK from Vancouver, Canada. Ella worked in client service, marketing and account management within the travel and hospitality sector before pivoting into executive search and leadership consulting. She is passionate about the study of human development and holds a degree (B.A.) in Human Geography and Diploma of Marketing Management.

Outside of work Ella enjoys running, barre, and pilates, as well as trying new food and exploring London.
