Joshua Howlett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, having held senior roles at The LCap Group and Drax Executive since January 2022. At The Rowan Group, Joshua specializes in building executive boards and leadership teams for founder-led and growth-cap investor-backed businesses. Prior experience includes positions at proSapient as a Senior Associate and Associate, focusing on both quantitative and qualitative research. Joshua began a career in recruitment and executive search during an internship at Carlin Hall Ltd. Joshua holds an MSc in Accounting, Finance and Strategic Investment from Newcastle University Business School and a BA in History from Newcastle University.
