Previous roles include positions as Director at Rowan Group, Associate Partner at Page Executive, and Director at Michael Page, among others. Matthew's career began at RK Supply Chain as a Managing Consultant, culminating in over two decades of expertise in executive consulting. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Psychology from Aston University.
