Maxim Scherbak

Maxim Scherbak is a seasoned technology leader in data and machine learning with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Tech Lead at Drax Executive, Scherbak manages a distributed team focused on developing in-house data pipeline solutions. In addition to this role, Scherbak is the founder of dataright.ai, specializing in machine learning research and software development. Past positions include senior roles at British Gas and BP, where Scherbak designed bespoke machine learning algorithms and solutions. With a strong foundation in data warehousing and integration, Scherbak has also held key positions at Capgemini and Mars, contributing significantly to business intelligence and reporting solutions. Scherbak holds advanced degrees from Petrozavodsk State University in Computer Science and Scientific Computing.
