Anna Baxter

Anna Baxter is an experienced internal communications professional with a strong background in developing and executing communication strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as an Internal Communications Business Partner at Drax Group since September 2017, Anna has played a key role in supporting the launch of significant global initiatives such as a new business services portal and a multi-million-dollar e-procurement platform. Prior experience includes roles at Smith & Nephew and npower, where Anna provided strategic communications support, stakeholder management, and alignment of messaging with corporate objectives. Anna's career also encompasses communications management in the PR sector, where skills were honed in media relations, crisis management, and content creation. Anna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Sunderland.
