David Nussbaum

David Nussbaum is an Independent Non Executive Director at Drax and has previously worked with the Joffe Charitable Trust, Value Reporting Foundation, International Budget Partnership, The Church of England, and Drax Group. David has also been the Chief Executive of The Elders Foundation from October 2016 to October 2021 and currently holds the title of Deputy Chair (previously Board Member) at the International Integrated Reporting Council. Additionally, they are the Chair (‘President’) of the Advisory Council at Transparency International UK.

David Nussbaum received an MSc in Finance from the London Business School, a DCL (hc) in Honorary Doctorate in Civil Law from Newcastle University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from Heriot-Watt University, an MTh in Theology from The University of Edinburgh, and an MA in Theology from the University of Cambridge.
