Jamie Allison

Jamie Allison has a diverse work experience in the technology and architecture field. Their most recent role was as the Head of Technology, Architecture & Innovation at Drax Group since November 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Information Officer at The co-operative energy from November 2017 to November 2018. They also held positions such as Chief Architect at ELEXON, Global Head of Enterprise Architecture at National Grid, and Head of Enterprise Architecture at Thames Water. Additionally, Jamie has experience in software development and held roles at companies such as BAE Systems, Channel 4, Fujitsu Services, and CAPS Solutions. They are skilled in enterprise architecture, systems architecture, and software development.

Jamie Allison has a diverse education history. In 1995, Jamie began their undergraduate studies at Kingston University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Landscape Architecture with a focus on Urban Design. They successfully completed their degree in 1998. In 2000, Jamie enrolled at Oxford Brookes University to pursue a Master of Science degree in Computing, specializing in Software Engineering. They completed this program in 2001.

In 2013, Jamie obtained the TOGAF 9 Certification for People/TOGAF 9 Certified Level from The Open Group.

Jamie is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Exeter Business School. They commenced this program in 2021 and are expected to complete it in 2023.
