Nicole Obst

Nicole Obst is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and consultancy. Currently serving as the HRIS Manager for Drax Group, Nicole leads the Data and HR workstream for the design and implementation of new HRIS and Payroll systems. Previously, as the HR Manager for Alberta & Core Services, Nicole directed HR services for production facilities in Alberta and participated as the Canadian Workstream Lead for a significant HRIS/Payroll project. Earlier, roles at Hughes Recruitment Inc. and Stantec included talent management consulting and global talent development, respectively. Additional experience encompasses various HR positions across organizations such as Guilbault Associates Ltd., KBR, Inc., Alberta Health Services, and Dow Chemical. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Commerce Transfer Program from Red Deer Polytechnic.
