Paul Geddes

Paul Geddes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2011, they worked at REED as a Project Executive, where they later became an Executive Assistant to the Director of Operations. During their time at REED, they were responsible for project coordination, client relationships, and management information reporting. In 2017, they joined Lloyds Banking Group as an Analytics Manager for a brief period. Paul then moved on to Allegis Global Solutions as an Analyst, where they designed and implemented processes and procedures for legislative adherence to the Agency Workers Regulation (AWR). In 2019, they joined Opus Energy as an HR MI & Reporting Analyst, focusing on HR management information and reporting. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Drax Group as an HR Data & Governance Lead.
