Sally Bould

Sally Bould (MCIPD) is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a career spanning over two decades in various organizations. Currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at DRAX GROUP PLC since June 2010, Sally oversees recruitment, succession planning, and the annual training program while managing significant budgets and developing leadership initiatives.
