Vivek Shyamala

Vivek Shyamala has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Vivek started their career as a Business Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services in 2006, where they gained extensive knowledge in the CRM and Retail domain. Vivek then joined Infosys in 2010 as a Consultant, specializing in Oracle Siebel CRM application implementation for a high-end Europe-based retail chain. Vivek worked with clients in a multicultural environment and successfully completed all phases of the SDLC. Vivek then briefly worked as an IT Analyst at Ricoh Europe in 2012, where they focused on technical architectures and applications. In 2013, they joined Sopra Group and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) as a Senior Consultant, contributing to business analysis, documentation, and defect management. Vivek's next role was at Debenhams in 2015 as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant, where their responsibilities included gathering requirements, designing data models, and providing subject-matter expertise in Oracle Essbase and data warehousing. Vivek also assisted in user acceptance testing and prepared process mapping documents and training manuals. From 2017, Vivek worked at Haven Power and the Drax Group, holding various roles such as Senior Business Intelligence Consultant and Lead Data Modeler. These positions involved providing consultancy services, gathering requirements, and designing data models. Throughout their career, Vivek has showcased their expertise in business intelligence, data modeling, and Oracle technology.

Vivek Shyamala completed their education in a chronological order. They first attended SCMHS in Hanmakonda from 1995 to 1996, where they earned a SSC degree. Afterward, from 1999 to 2003, Vivek pursued a B.Tech in Electronics at JNTUCEA in Anantapur. Finally, from 2004 to 2006, Vivek attended IIMM in Pune, where they obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Operations.
