Yolanda Peña Gómez

Yolanda Peña Gómez currently serves as the European Business Development Director at Drax Group since August 2023. In parallel, Yolanda leads the Investor & Prospection Team at Firefish Capital, SL, a venture that supports promising startups, since April 2019. Previously, at INEOS from May 2017 to July 2023, Yolanda held the position of Business Development Manager for Composites, achieving significant revenue growth. From August 2008 to April 2016, Yolanda worked at Abengoa in various roles, including Business Development Manager for Bio-based Chemicals and Process Design Manager for Thermochemical Processes. Yolanda's educational background includes advanced degrees and courses from prestigious institutions such as ESADE, Georgetown University, and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, culminating in a Chemical Engineering degree from Universidad de Granada.
