Garrick Newell

Garrick Newell has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Garrick started their career at Ryland Homes in 2002, where they held various positions such as Architectural Coordinator, Assistant Purchasing Manager, and Product Development Manager. Garrick also worked as a Purchasing Agent and Interim Purchasing Manager at Ryland Homes. In 2012, they joined Dan Ryan Builders as the Director of Purchasing and later moved on to become the Product Development Manager. Garrick then worked at Ashton Woods Homes as a Product Development Manager before starting their own company, GN Designs, in 2014. Garrick took on the role of Owner at GN Designs before transitioning to Dan Ryan Builders as the Director of Product Development for the South Region. In 2019, they took on the additional position of Director of Product Development for the South at Dan Ryan Builders. Throughout their career, Garrick has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in product development and purchasing in the construction industry.

Garrick Newell pursued their education from 1991 to 1996 at the University of Cincinnati, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Architectural Engineering.
