Mike Grenchik

Mike Grenchik has a diverse work experience in the architecture and construction industry. Mike is currently the Director of Product Development, North at DRB Group. Prior to this, they served as the Architecture Production Manager at Dan Ryan Builders from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they worked as an Architectural Project Manager at K. Hovnanian Homes from 2014 to 2018, where they managed product design and development in various locations. Mike also has experience as a Project Manager at Architecture by Design, where they oversaw multi-family projects. Additionally, Mike has worked as an Architect & Project Superintendent at GS Builders, Inc., a Project Architect at Corkill Cush Reeves Architects, a Manager in Training at 84 Lumber, and a Carpenter at Capital Improvements earlier in their career.

Mike Grenchik completed their Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree in Architecture at the University of Maryland from 2002 to 2006. Mike went on to pursue their Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree in Architecture and Related Services at The Catholic University of America from 2006 to 2008.
