Tim Cowan

Tim Cowan has a diverse work experience in the home building industry. Tim started their career at Winchester Homes in 1994, where they held various positions in production, purchasing, and management. Tim then moved to Dan Ryan Builders Inc. in 2006, where they served as the VP of Production until 2012. After that, they joined DRB Group as the Division President of the Washington West Division, overseeing the sale, construction, and settlement of over 600 homes annually. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Vice President of Production Training and Compliance - Corporate at DRB Group.

Tim Cowan received their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental and Property Law & architecture from SUNY College of ESF at Syracuse University. Tim attended the university from 1984 to 1987.
