Glenna Rodgers

Glenna Rodgers is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal and corporate roles. Currently serving as Corporate Secretary and Board Member at DRC - Montgomery County since 2010, Glenna also contributes as a Volunteer Mediator, specializing in divorce, child custody, probate, and business disputes. Previously, Glenna practiced law as an Attorney at G. Rodgers, Attorney at Law, with a focus on oil and gas law, employment law, commercial transactions, and corporate governance. Prior to this, Glenna was the General Counsel at Eni Petroleum Co. Inc. from 1991 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of Houston Law Center, an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and a BSBA in Purchasing, Procurement, and Acquisitions from American University.
