Jordi Chan is currently the Group Sommelier at IMPERIAL TREASURE RESTAURANT GROUP PTE. LTD., where they oversee wine programs across multiple outlets. They have served as the Director of Wines at Drawing Room Concepts since 2015, overseeing beverage strategy and managing a sommelier team. Previously, Jordi worked as a Louis XIII Brand Ambassador for Shanghai Remy Cointreau Trading Company Limited and gained extensive experience as a Wine Captain at The Repulse Bay from 2002 to 2008. Jordi also held the position of Education & Training Manager at ASC Fine Wines, where they conducted wine training and established WSET education courses.
