Vivian Lee is an experienced marketing professional with a comprehensive background in various leadership roles across the restaurant and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Marketing Director at Drawing Room Concepts since August 2025, Vivian's previous experience includes working as a Marketing Consultant while self-employed and holding the position of Senior Marketing Manager for Pizza Hut Hong Kong & Macau at Jardine Restaurant Group. Additional roles span from Head of Corporate Communications & Marketing at Tsui Wah Holdings Limited to Marketing Manager at Chow Sang Sang Holdings International Limited and Hong Kong Maxim's Group, where oversight included marketing for multiple Japanese chain restaurant brands. Vivian began the marketing career as Regional Marketing Manager at Genki Sushi Hong Kong Ltd. and served as Marketing Manager at Hard Rock Cafe.
