Shafi Ahamed

Shafi Ahamed began their work experience in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant at Obeid General Trading. In 2013, they transitioned to Genix Technologies where they held various roles. Shafi started as a Business Analyst, where they developed business cases and initiated new product ideas. In 2016, Shafi became a Client Success Manager, responsible for managing customer relationships and executing post-launch activities. In 2018, they were promoted to Manager - Products & Services, overseeing the development and release of features, improving operational processes, and collaborating with engineering teams. In their most recent role as Head of Business Development, Shafi identified decision-makers, sold new products, and organized client debriefs.

Shafi Ahamed obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University between 1999 and 2001. Additionally, during the same time period, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Khadir Mohideen Higher Secondary School.

In terms of additional certifications, Shafi Ahamed obtained a HIPAA Certificate from Accountable HQ in December 2022. Shafi also received a certification in Inbound Marketing Optimization from HubSpot Academy in September 2022, and a certification in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in April 2020.
