Meridian Tran

Meridian Tran has worked in various roles since 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Chemistry and Biotech Lab Manager and Teaching Assistant (Chemistry) at Palo Alto High School, an Operations Coordinator and Technical Consultant at UCSB Collaborate Student Support Center, and a Principal Operations Coordinator at UCSB Collaborate Learning Spaces. In 2016, they also served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Since 2017, they have been employed at DrChrono as a Senior Data Analytics Manager, Team Lead / Senior Operations Analyst, Acting Director of Medical Billing Operations, Senior Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Analyst, and Account Manager. In their current role, they have extensive experience building internal and c-suite level data dashboards to track and convey product issues, client usage trends, and other key metrics. They also maintain and regularly build out the digital infrastructure system used to manage and share data with users, run direct SQL queries against the database and investigate software source code to determine data interaction and business logic, and evaluate the functionality and applicability of industry-leading BI/data visualization tools for data visualization proof of concept projects. Additionally, they have reduced client churn risk by building early intervention metric tracking data in order to conduct business process analysis to identify critical issues, declining trends, and areas of growth for all departments.
