Serkan Alan

Serkan Alan is an experienced operations and regional manager in the restaurant and hospitality industry with a proven track record spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at d.ream since January 2013, Serkan oversees budget preparation and implements necessary actions to achieve sales, profit, and cost targets across affiliated establishments. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Manager at both d.ream and Istanbul Doors Group, focusing on boutique and fast-casual dining. Additionally, Serkan held the position of General Manager at US Turistik Tesisleri, where responsibilities involved founding and managing the initial branch of a chain restaurant.
