Megan Wayman, M.Ed, BCBA, is a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Currently serving at Dream Big Children's Center since March 2024, Megan previously worked at Positive Behavior Steps and Key Essentials to Behavior Management, Corp, applying behavior analysis methodologies to support individuals with various needs. In prior roles at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders and Haynes Family of Programs, Megan supervised clinical practices and developed behavior intervention plans for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Emotional Disturbance. Megan's early career included positions in special education and behavior therapy, providing individualized support in educational settings. An alumnus of Arizona State University with a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction focused on ABA, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, Megan is well-equipped for the challenges and demands of the field.

Dream Big Children's Center

Dream Big Children's Center is an inclusive play center and autism therapy center. We provide an environment in which children can stretch their imaginations, explore through play and engage in social interaction. Dream Big provides Autism services based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We incorporate ABA strategies and principles in a naturalistic, play-based format. We believe that children learn best when they are motivated and having fun.
