Head - Travel & Concierge

Head - Travel & Concierge @Dream Sports: We are looking to onboard a lead travel expert who will oversee and lead the entire travel desk at Dream Sports. He/She will be responsible for leading the end-to-end travel management tasks for Dream Sports, and personally managing the travel needs of our founders.

Your Role:

• Managing all aspects of the travel desk - including creating detailed itineraries, booking flights & accommodation, applying and managing visas, handling forex, and any other logistics required for a seamless travel experiences
• Ensuring team availability to attend to any requirements as per the time zone of the country the Sportan is visiting
• Developing strategic relationships, policies and programs for corporate travel and top visas
• Overseeing a team of travel coordinators, who manage flights, accommodation, and travel documentation for all corporate travel at Dream Sports
• Maintaining strong relationships with travel vendors and agents, and negotiating well to ensure we get the best costs at all times, while delivering top quality and servicing
• Optimizing for spends through loyalty programs, credit card points, and offers

Qualifiers:

• At least 5 years of experience working on travel for HNIs / Ultra-HNIs and handling multiple trips at a time
• In-depth knowledge of international destinations, travel regulations, customs, and currencies
• Proficiency in creating end-to-end travel experiences with a deep understanding of flights, hotels, and activities
• Led a team of travel management associates
• Having a sound knowledge of the most visited countries across the globe [Europe, USA, UK and Asia] in terms of flights, hotels, visas, activities, experiences, etc.
