Brad Keast

Brad Keast is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and construction. Currently serving as Head of Development & Construction and Vice President of Innovation & Development at Dream Unlimited since March 2018, Brad leads the re-positioning of urban office assets through collaboration across various functions. As the Founder of 5D City since November 2017, Brad drives innovative approaches in urban development. Previously, Brad held the position of Vice President, Development at Osmington, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects and leading significant commercial endeavors such as the Union Station head lease. Additional roles include Director of Development at BILD and Lands Manager at St. Marys Cement. Earlier in Brad's career, service as a Naval Combat Systems Engineering Officer in the Department of National Defence highlighted a strong engineering background, complemented by degrees in Computer Engineering and Urban Land Economics from distinguished institutions.
