Hero Mohtadi

Hero Mohtadi has extensive experience in the real estate industry, specializing in residential operations and asset management. They currently hold the position of Vice President of Residential Operations & Asset Management at Dream Unlimited since April 2022. Prior to this role, Hero served as the Director of Operations at Hazelview Properties from November 2020 to April 2022. Before that, they held roles at Timbercreek Communities, Bentall Kennedy, Realstar Management, Greenwin Inc., and the Government of Ontario, gaining experience in operations, management, marketing, leasing, and policy advisory. Hero's earliest work experience includes positions at Canlight Hall Management Inc. and Schickedanz Bros. Properties, where they worked as a property manager and leasing manager, respectively. They have a strong background in the real estate industry and a diverse skill set.

Hero Mohtadi first attended Stockholm University from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Following this, Hero Mohtadi attended Santa Monica College from 1995 to 1998, focusing on Communications. Lastly, in 1998 to 1999, Hero Mohtadi furthered their education at UCLA Extension with a focus on Communications.
