Ray Chen is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in land development and engineering projects across various sectors in Canada. Currently serving as Project Manager at Dream Unlimited since November 2021, Ray previously held roles including Project Engineer at Thompson Bros. (CONSTR.) LP and Project Manager at Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple large-scale projects, overseeing cost control measures, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
