Ryan Belfrage

Ryan Belfrage is an experienced financial analyst specializing in development finance and real estate. Currently serving as an Analyst at Dream Unlimited since July 2022, Ryan previously held roles at Parataxis Design and Development Corporation from August 2016 to July 2022, providing deal support documentation for mixed-use and residential projects. Earlier experience includes consulting for major insurance companies at EllisDon, and contributing as a Project Coordinator Intern on significant public infrastructure projects, such as the Cambridge Memorial Hospital and Kingston Providence Hospital. Ryan's career began with research at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, leading to publication in a respected journal. Academically, Ryan holds an HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and an Honours Bachelor's of Science in Genetics from Western University.
