Rob Gayle

Rob Gayle serves as the President of Dream Live Prosper Communities at DLP Capital, overseeing strategic direction and operational excellence for a multifamily portfolio with ambitious growth plans. With over 25 years of experience in property management, Rob has held significant leadership roles including Vice President of Operations & National Business Development at The RMR Group and Senior Vice President of Operations at CARROLL. Previous positions include founding Preferred Residential Management and managing acquisitions for Williams Asset Management. Rob began a career in real estate at Post Properties, quickly advancing from leasing agent to Area Manager. Rob holds a degree in Business Administration with a marketing emphasis from Georgia Southern University.
