Emmanuel Mammah

Emmanuel Mammah is an experienced digital campaigner currently serving as a Senior Digital Campaigner at Dream.Org since February 2021, where responsibilities include planning and executing digital engagement strategies for the Tech program. Previous roles include Deputy Field Director for Tom Suozzi's campaign in the special election for New York's 3rd Congressional District, overseeing a team and engaging in extensive voter outreach. Emmanuel has also served as Regional Field Director for Grassroots SG Political Consulting Firm during the 2022 Georgia Runoffs and North Carolina Midterms, leading teams to implement innovative voter contact methodologies and exceeding pledge goals. Other notable experiences include organizing efforts for various campaigns, including Amy Klobuchar's presidential campaign and Andrew Gillum's gubernatorial campaign. Emmanuel holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, obtained in 2023.
