Victor D. Lombard

Victor D. Lombard (DIVINE) serves as the Head of Culture at FormFree® since December 2023 and is the CEO and Founder of Solvent, a mobile-first neobank focused on financial empowerment for the System Impacted, established in January 2022. Victor D. Lombard is also a member of the Dream Entrepreneurs Network and a participant in the Visa Inclusive Fintech Accelerator and the Village Capital Innovations In Justice Tech Fellowship. Previously, Victor D. Lombard participated in the AWS Impact Accelerator: Black Founders and represented talent at Plaza 7 Talent Agency, with credits in the Showtime miniseries "Escape At Dannemora." Contributions to Black Enterprise Magazine included content creation and involvement in the 2017 TechConneXt Summit. As the founder of BLAK Group, Victor D. Lombard aimed to create a modern Black economic empowerment initiative and has a background as the Official Rapper for Andreessen Horowitz. Educational credentials include a Digital Marketing Nanodegree from Udacity and participation in the Village Capital Fintech US 2016 Program.
