Noa Kremer Shkedi

Noa Kremer Shkedi has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2008, they served as an Education Officer in the IDF for three years. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Coordinator for the "Nachshon" Program at the Center for Educational Technology (CET), managing mentors and students while implementing the program in several schools. In 2016, they joined Elem Association as an Employment Program Manager, where they supported at-risk boys in developing individual employment plans and trained volunteers. Concurrently, they also worked as a Community Manager for Young Women at Risk and "drug-free women" at Otot, where they constructed and managed projects, supervised tenants, and led groups to achieve goals. In 2020, Noa joined UNIQ as a Community & Advertising Manager, and in 2022, they became an Office Manager & Employee Experience role at Dream.

Noa Kremer Shkedi completed a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2012-2015. Noa then pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in the Direct therapy track from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2017-2019. In 2020, Noa participated in a Community Management workshop at Elevation.
