Shalev Hulio

Shalev Hulio has extensive experience in the technology industry. Shalev is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Dream, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to Dream, Hulio co-founded Kaymera Technologies in November 2013, where they served as a co-founder. Before Kaymera Technologies, they held roles at NSO Group, starting as a co-founder in December 2009 and later becoming the Chief Executive Officer in March 2019 until August 2022. In addition, Hulio co-founded CommuniTake in February 2008 and MediAnd Inc in August 2007. Shalev also served as a board member at Quando Technologies from 2014 to 2016. Hulio began their career at IDF, where they served as a Company Commander for Search and Rescue from August 1999 to November 2004.
