Kai Harper

Kai is an educator and facilitator at heart. He was born in Big Sur, California. It is there where his passion for nature, learning, and transformation began. He was raised at the Human Potential Center: Esalen Institute and that inspired his constant drive to learn and grow. He received his degree in Psychology and Applied Psychology/Education from UCSB, and proceeded to work full time in residential program management. He then returned to Esalen as a student and eventually found himself as Programs Specialist, running transformational residential programs and facilitating groups. He then moved into the online education world as a Program Manager. The continued thread for Kai has been education and transformational growth. He thrives on empowering others in their educational journeys through use of techniques and tools that create a rich learning environment.
