Previously, Lars was a Principal Software Engineer at Okta, leading the Inbound Federations team within the Access Management pillar. With a strong passion for software focused on security, scalability, efficiency, and reliability, Lars's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Communication Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) as well as advanced studies at Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Lars began their career with internships at Bouvet ASA and Goodtech, specializing in Business Intelligence solutions.
