David Q Rosen

David Q Rosen is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as a Broker Associate at Dream Town Realty since September 2022, following a tenure as a Real Estate Broker at d'aprile properties from March 2020 to September 2022. Rosen previously worked as a Broker Associate at Dream Town Realty from August 2013 to March 2020, specializing in buying, selling, and investing in real estate while holding a managing broker license in Chicago. Prior to a career in real estate, Rosen founded and served as the Director and Executive Producer at Ben Moon, Inc. from 1990 to 2011, overseeing numerous commercial productions. Additionally, Rosen co-founded and led Chicago Story from 1989 to 1994, transforming it into the largest production company in the Midwest during that time. Rosen obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television from New York University between 1976 and 1979, and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1974 to 1976.
