Elena Farina

Elena Farina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate partnerships and volunteer management. Currently serving as Corporate Partnerships and Volunteer Manager at DREAM since January 2022, Elena has previously held the role of Manager, Volunteer & Network Relations at Baruch College, where responsibilities included cultivating alumni volunteers and managing network communications. Prior experience includes managing public relations and events for Hyde Graev & Tiedemann, overseeing event logistics and charitable fundraising, and working as a Marketing Administrator at EDPR NA Distributed Generation, where Elena played a key role in event planning and corporate image management. Elena began their career as a Public Relations Intern at C2 Energy Capital and earned a Bachelor’s degree in International and Intercultural Communication from Baruch College in 2020.
