Mustafa Kesarya

Mustafa Kesarya has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Dream11 since February 2018, after progressing through several managerial roles within the organization. Prior to Dream11, Mustafa held positions at Endurance International Group and BrowserStack, among others, starting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sutra Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2014. Mustafa's background also includes a role as a Senior Researcher at Arpeo Solutions, specializing in recruitment process outsourcing, and a brief stint as a Web Research Executive Trainee at Datamatics Financial Services Limited. Mustafa holds a Bachelor of Management Studies with a focus on Marketing and Retail from the University of Mumbai.
