Fernando Lavin Prado

Fernando Lavin Prado is a design pre-Si verification engineer at DreamBig Semiconductor Inc. since February 2022. Previously, Fernando worked at Intel Corporation from April 2015 to February 2022, serving as a PreSi Hardware Verification Engineer and a Graphics Hardware SoC Validation Engineer. In these roles, Fernando developed a UVM environment for cluster validation, created test plans, executed tests, and debugged issues related to VCS compilation, simulation, and PCIe graphics. Earlier experience includes an internship as an electronics engineering assistant at Coordenada Movil, where assistance was provided in the integration and programming of GPS devices. Fernando holds a degree in Ingeniería Electrónica with a specialization in control from Instituto Tecnológico de La Laguna, completed in 2014.
