Nicole de Remer Kontrabecki

Nicole de Remer Kontrabecki has a long and varied work experience. Nicole began their career in 1993 as an Associate at Coudert Brothers, followed by a Senior Associate role at Farella Braun + Martel LLP in 1998. In 2003, they started working as a Legal Consultant for independent clients. From 2014 to 2019, they were the Deputy General Counsel at Prosper Marketplace. Nicole then moved to Affirm, Inc. as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in 2019. In 2020, they became an Advisor and General Counsel at Dreambound. Currently, they are a Principal at Vendome Solutions PC.

Nicole de Remer Kontrabecki obtained a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from Wellesley College between 1986 and 1990. Nicole then attended the University of Westminster, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) in Law between 1991 and 1993. Nicole has also obtained certifications as an Attorney from the State Bar of California and as a Solicitor from The Law Society.
